Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Demo First Philosophy

At SSSAM Academy, we strongly believe that no student should commit financial resources without complete confidence in our teaching methodology.

We offer free live demo sessions for both our Pan-India Online batches and our Gurugram Classroom center. We actively encourage every prospective learner to attend a demo session and evaluate instructor pedagogy before enrolling.

2. Cancellation Prior to Batch Commencement

If an enrolled student requests admission cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the official batch orientation date, a refund of tuition fees paid will be processed minus standard non-refundable administrative and payment gateway processing charges.

3. Post-Commencement Policy

Once a batch has formally commenced and access credentials, live classroom seats, or LMS resources have been allocated, tuition fees are non-refundable.

4. Batch Reschedule & Flexibility

We understand that unavoidable professional emergencies, examinations, or health events occur. Enrolled students facing scheduling conflicts may request:

• A one-time batch transfer to the subsequent upcoming cohort without additional tuition fees.
• Temporary transition between weekday evening and weekend formats (subject to seat availability).
• Access to live class session recordings and dedicated doubt-clearing sessions.

5. How to Initiate a Request

All cancellation or batch-shift requests must be submitted in writing to our admissions desk via our official contact channel at Contact Admissions.
