2. Program Delivery & Batches

SSSAM Academy delivers training through two distinct official formats:

• Live Online Batches: Conducted via live virtual classroom software, accessible across India. Students are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and personal computer.
• Classroom Training: Conducted at our verified training facility in Gurugram, Haryana. Students must adhere to premises decorum and lab usage guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, project datasets, sample code, recorded sessions, and proprietary cheat sheets provided during coursework remain the intellectual property of SSSAM Academy.

Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for educational and job preparation purposes. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or public re-uploading is strictly prohibited.

4. Code of Conduct

We foster a respectful, collaborative learning environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment in live discussion forums, or deliberate interference with instructor-led sessions may result in suspension from the batch without refund eligibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

SSSAM Academy provides practical technical education and interview preparation. While our curriculum is designed to meet enterprise industry demands, employment outcomes depend on individual student aptitude, practice, portfolio quality, and external market hiring conditions. We do not provide guaranteed placement or salary claims.
